The Official Opening Ceremony for the Presidential Inauguration began with a kick off concert at Lincoln Memorial, which President elect Obama and Vice-President elect Joe Biden attended.  Some of the privileged chosen artist that performed during the “We are One” concert were Bruce Springsteen, Steve Wonder, U2 and Beyonce.

During the inauguration, Obama will place his hand on the same Bible Abraham Lincoln used for his March 1861 inauguration.  Also, Obama has chosen the same menu <CLICK> that was served during Abraham Lincoln’s celebration.
