Realtor Open House Day – for my *****listing*****    in   New Fairfield, CT  – Yeah!

First I went to Shaw’s to pick up some chips and drinks – then off to The Food Market to pick up my party wedge – 1/2 Italian and 1/2 American – Yummy!

SSPX0541                                                      Spread out some treats and brochures…

After the Open House, I packed up, pulled up my signs and before heading home, I enjoyed taking one last view of Ball Pond – which fronts this lovely home.

My Life as a Realtor – Day 42

My Life as a Realtor ~

Day 42:

Kids started school today – Yippee!  I was so excited for them, I couldn’t get to sleep last night – you’d think it was my first day back to school!

Phone calls – e-mails and texting through-out the day.  What’s great is I could do all of this anywhere – anytime!  Some of my clients are night owls – just like me – so getting a message from them at midnight, or later, doesn’t faze me a bit.  Other Realtors just don’t understand why I never turn my phone off – NEVER! I say – since it would drive me crazy wondering if I have a message – one that usually only takes a few minutes of my time and makes both me and my client happy.  So, turn OFF my phone – NEVER!!
