My Life as a Realtor – Day 150

My Life as a Realtor ~

Day 150:

Friday and once again work-work-work… shop-shop-shop… wrap-wrap-wrap… and an appointment today.  It had been scheduled for Saturday, but do to the expected snow storm, we are going out today!

It turned out to be an early evening appointment at Rivington in Danbury, CT.  There are some new and a few resale units up for sale.  All were beautiful and a pleasure to show!

Here are a few photos I took during a previous appointment…

Entrance to Rivington Way has now since been finished

  1. At last check Rivington townhomes were appraising and selling for $50-150K less than the owners paid two years ago.

Rivington/WCI sold from their stock at more than $200,000 under the 2007 list price.

    I would be very wary.

    • Thanks for the info – Unfortunately, so many people who have purchased homes/condos/townhomes a few years ago are seeing their values drop. I am hoping the best for 2010!
